Default Cranks, No spark, No fuel, Out of ideas

I'm about to jump off a bridge. Before I do that, I figure it might be helpful to make a post on here.
here's the story: 2 weeks ago we had a 92 miata running on a recently home built ms2extra. After that the car was parked in a garage and we did the following:
-pulled the motor/trans
-re sealed the motor
-installed a kraken low mount turbo kit and fm coolant re route
-dropped the motor back in
-Put in kraken's front mount kit and full 3in exhaust.
-Rewire ecu o2 to db15 location instead of connector board
-Wired ecu for boost controller (PA0 to boost control in and boost control out to pin 4k on connector board)
-wired up PE1 and FLEX to db15 while I was in there
-reconnected everything
-primed it until we got oil pressure with the ecu still out
-put in the ecu, tried to start it and it cranks but no spark or fuel. It doesn't look like the ecu Is getting a crank signals. It does prime the fuel pump aswell

I checked connections from the cas all the way to the ms board itself
I've made sure everything that's supposed to be getting power gets power

i don't know what's next. Pls help

Have you tried running through your test modes for injectors and ignition? You should be able to confirm both of those things are working with the car off. Also, be sure to confirm that both your crank and cam sensors are getting the expected signals when cranking. I caused my self a similar issue last week when I was testing my junkyard LS coils because I had unplugged the cam sensor and forgot to plug it back in before tested. I would get spark / fuel when using test modes but nothing on crank. Hopefully it's something simple causing your issue as well.

Didn't know I had test modes on the ms2. I used an analog multimeter to see if I was getting something on the signal wires coming from the cas and it showed a pulsing voltage so I assumed that was good

I've got an MS3 Pro so I can't say for certain that you do, but I can't imagine that being a limitation of the MS2. Look under the "CAN-bus/Testmodes" --> "Output Test Mode - Inj/Spk". You can use your timing light to confirm all 4 cylinders are getting spark (CoilA for cyl. 1/4 & CoilB for cyl. 2/3 assuming stock ignition). Disable your fuel pump and run through all 4 injectors as well, you should be able to hear them click when pulsed.

Update: I tested spark and fuel with test modes and confirmed they are working. Also tested fuel pressure and it's good aswell

Probably aren't getting crank/cam signals then. Need to take a composite log while cranking.

Were you able to confirm if you are getting spark when cranking the car? If it tests OK but doesn't spark on crank, I'd suspect a sync issue of some kind (Cam / Crank sensor). Maybe someone else can chime in with how to best test / confirm that is what's going on with your car.

Only spark and fuel in test modes, not while cranking. How does one take a composite log?

Right, with no RPM signal, MS won’t fire injectors or coils.

this video describes how:

but click the “capture to file” button too, save it as something like “crank no start”, and click start, then crank until you see something. Once you do, take that file and attach it here.

I'm about to try to do a composite log but I did just confirm that it is ecu. I threw a stock ecu in the car and it runs, not well, but runs. I guess this just confirms that it is not cas or harness related

Ok so I've tried to take a composite log but it doesn't show any signal coming from the trigger. I've reflashed the ecu. Still nothing. The ecu says not ready at the bottom in ts. What triggers that? Crank signal or something else?

Yes, if that light turned off, you'd have sync between cam/crank, therefore RPM, therefore it'd probably run.

I haven't messed with a DIY megasquirt in forever, but everyone seems to mention checking the pots(?) on those boards, you may need to adjust them?

I have news which I believe to be my problem. I checked for connection between vr2 and pin 25 on the microsquirt module and found nothing. With the micro squirt on there I can get a connection with something like 4.5k ohms which I believe is just backfeading through the microsquirt. Anyone had this problem before?

End me. I just wired 4g directly to pin 25 and when I turned on the ignition the fans turned on. Turned it right back off. Not sure what tf is going on

I'm sorry for so many posts but this is a roller coaster. Double checked connections and put the ecu back in turned key on and fans turned on but I waited long enough to connect my computer and as soon as it connected the fans turned off. I saw that as a good sign and went to start it. Finally something different. Now the cranking signal and rpm come in but it's pulsing on and off. Maybe still a bad connection but at least the problem has been found maybe. Are there any ideas on what could be causing this pulsing? A setting or maybe hardware?

what do you mean pulsing on and off? Post logs of this **** so we can diagnosis, not just suicidal comments, this isn't your twitter feed.

You have no cam sensor activity, I'd start there.
