that spacer will fit my nb using the stock nb tstat cover? i read some people get the 1.6 cover, is it lower profile or something? where do you get extended bolts that fit with spacer and tstat?

The spacer will fit the NB with the stock thermostat housing, but it will route the hose towards the hot side of the engine. I got the longer bolts from a local hardware store. I measured the thread depth in the head and the length needed for the spacer and housing and bought bolts that were long enough or longer then cut to fit. One of the factory studs will need to be removed before you can use the spacer.

what bolts do you use with the spacer and the kia neck? i know they are 2 different lengths seeing that the kia neck has a taller side

I used "all thread" stock and converted mine to studs. The 1.6 water neck cap does not work on my car because it interferes with the water temp sensor in the back of the head.
