Going to do another round with someone elses AE map dropped in and see how it goes. I'm finding i've run into more stall issues, closed loop does a 3k idle and a few other things.

One step forward, 2 steps back... but I'll get it figured out.

Not to revive a post from the dead, but are these flow and offset numbers still valid for the ff640s?

My card that came with mine said nominal flow of all 4 was within .2 of 651cc
And using that flow rate in my req fuel, with the deadtime of 1.12, causes me to have to have an idle ve of near 50 to idle at all, and susceptible to surge.

Increasing deadtime to 1.3 leads to idle ve near 35ish, and a smoother idle without surging.

Something else is causing that, it isn't the deadtime. Whatever's on their site should be the ticket

MS2 ms/V numbers...

4bar .186-.202
5bar .21-.231

I'm going to use the smaller of the two numbers, they're the average of the normal operating range. Gets large fast if you average in those super low voltage values....
Sorry to necro but i am asking if this thread still has accurate data for the ff640 to be ran at a 5bar fuel pressure. If so then I use 1.4612 as deadtime but I am unsure about voltage correction ms/v for inputting into ms2. I see deezums list 2 different values each for 4 and 5 bar but it's not clear to me if those values are accurate because on the flowforce website the voltage correction does not match these values.
