What's your flange on the mani? T3?

The 3071 has a housing option with a twin scroll but as I recall, it's 1.06 housing. You don't want that.

Yes, he would want the 1.0 housing. It would probably spool like a smaller .63 housing or maybe better. Of course, with a Garrett and a twin scroll housing you will also need to plumb TWO external wastegates.

Who makes the 3071 twinscroll housing? Btw if u have a 3071 in your hands you can have it upgraded by garrett to a gtx compressor wheel. Blouch has one too.

Oh and SPD you will see one on my miata very soon

It's a Garrett housing.

You'll need the ---- probe gauge so you can measure how much pucker your *** creates when you drive your imaginary 400hp Miata.

I'm a fan of some of the Auber Instruments gauges. You can use them to monitor temperature, pressure, etc. from an electric sender. They are configurable and have alarms you can set.

Since this has transitioned into another thread I have been looking at wastegates and assuming I stick with my current setup is a tial 38mm WG big enough for my power goals? Whats the limit for that WG? I assume its the boost leveals and rates of flow?

Wouldn't your water temp gauge tell you the same thing?

once it got hot enough to bury the gauge, yes. The volt gauge would be instantaneous to show its dropped charge

Yay. More **** to ******* stare at instead of driving.

I destroyed two motors because radiator burst and the other from water pump death. Did not notice needle pegged until the damn pistons melted and welded themselves to the cylinder walls. This was a diesel btw

+1 for idiot lights. i dunno about you guys but for track driven cars my tiny brain is too slow to watch gauges. this setup gives 6 idiot lights and 8 sensors. i just wish it was cheeper.
