Gents, it's been a while..

I have been very busy rebuilding a 23 year old car.
BMW drivetrain project is coming along nicely while the shell is stripped, rustproofed, corrected and repainted.

Also, I now have a larger exhaust turbine (and associated supporting cast members) on the big (LP) turbo.
I am planning on running 18 psi on this system.

Here's my question:

My @Reverant built MS2 Enhanced has a built in MPXH4250 MAP sensor. It is a 2.5 BAR sensor, good to 21 psi boost.
Do you think I will have enough headroom for proper overboost protection, etc with this MAP sensor?
Should I consider replacing it with a MPXH6400A which is good for 4 BAR?

I thought about that a while ago, but when I saw that my mpx4250 actually reads up to 2.6bar (23psi), I put that thought by side.

I mean, you would cut at ~20psi anyway?
