I bought a used turbo off of pen2 to replace my blown gt2554r (don't have hte money right now for a rebuild). It turns out the oil feed thread is bigger than the one I used for the gt25 and I can't seem to find anything to fit at home depot. Can anyone tell me what size it should be? Is it a banjo bolt fitting perhaps? A 1/4 npt fitting will fit but gets stuck at 1 turn.

Mine was metric threading
I think it was 10m x 0.25

Metric 10 x .125, maybe? I didn't check mine yet but must be something like that.

In my gt25 godspeed I have the drain hole with the standard two bolt flange, the oil feed is a threaded hole and water coling are two slightly bigger threaded holes, I suspect all this are metric, because I try to insert an AN fitting and the thread did not match (the turbo has coarser threads)

Makes sense... Check McMaster-Carr for it. Also, make sure it is BSP and not BSPT... They are different. Don't ask me how I know... Haha

Some of ours are 12 mm x 1.25.

I've checked my GodSpeed T25 chinacharger and the oil feed is M12x150, water cooling are M14x150, oil drain is the standard two bolts flange 1.750" apart.

The garrett one threaded into my godspeed but leaked badly. I used a thread feeler to get the right fitment, and it was pipe thread for me. I can't remember what size though.

Do you have a hydraulics parts place nearby? Thompkins Industries - That is the only place local here in Kansas City I was even able to find an oil fitting that fit into my china turbo. Specs of the one that fit into mine. And if you order the part you will want to replace the rubber O-ring with a copper one.

Also for an oil restrictor that screws into the below part is RST6500-04-04-R.052 / 4MJ-4FJX 90 RST .052
It is a .052 oil restrictor that screws straight into the below fitting and has a -4AN output For some reason cant find it on there site but I got the part number off my receipt.

I have a t28 chinacharger and ordered a m12x1.25 to -4an fitting.... NOT THE RIGHT SIZE.

I am able to screw in a -4an fitting but only a few turns.

UPDATE... bought a m12x1.5 bolt, fit perfect.

ordering the correct size fitting now.... god i wish thing like this were universal.

Mine is also 12x1.5. I bought one AN-4 fitting with a 1.5mm restrictor for my journal bearing gt25 Godspeed chinacharger
Water ports are 14x1.5 and drain flange bolt holes are 1.75" apart.
