turbo manifold question: Is the one that Cody built for a 1.6 or 1.8? If I'm not mistaken the 1.6 and 1.8 exhaust ports are different. Let me know. I'm shooting Cody an email about it now. Thanks.

Mine was for a 1.6. No reason he can't do a 1.8 though.

I just want the baseplate, I'll build a manifold around it.

Great progress on the build man, should be a pretty sick car when it's all finished.

F22's are great boost motors. It's suprising you don't see a lot more of them dropped into civic chassis. Great torque, pretty stout bottom ends, cheap and plentiful.

His is a f22 with a Dseries trans too. Very uncommon. The work he had to do with the driverside framerail is crazy... lots of custom work to make his setup happen.

We'll be twinish with our intake manifolds and blingbling turbo manifolds...will be a fun season.

Runners are on my cut 1.6 Mani/flange. They are cut down to length. Waiting on buddy to level them on the cnc so the other buddy can measure them for the cnc drawing of the velocity plate.

Once IM is done... we'll progress with the rest.

It basically is a non-vtec sohc h22... with bigger ports and a better flowing head. The car rips on 7psi. Can't wait til it goes upto double that....

While I didn't get anything physically done on the miata this weekend... I did make some progress.

The components for modding my MS for boost/dual tables/launch control etc... came.... so I can fiddle with that.

I also picked up a nice new K&N filter to use.

Picked up some driving lights to do the turn signal headlights.

Also got in some used 90-93 FM swaybars.

Oh... and picked these up....
