Curly, What are you using for a lower rad hose? I bought one of those flexible hoses and you can't cut them to any length you want or it'll leak badly. (I found that out quickly) Now its being sealed up temporarily by some rtv.

I just found out that the hardline going to the heater core is leaking. That was my fault.

I was thinking of flipping the manifold and cutting that hardline short and attaching the heater line there. If I did that, would that line pop out since it wouldn't be secured to the exhaust manifold? If it would I'll just use a gob of JB Weld to hold it put.

I just want to get this build over!! It was a PITA to get my Artech exhaust lined up, but I eventually got it. I had coolant spraying all over the shop. (not really) Total nightmare!

Once I get this solved then it will be derivable until something else breaks.

Yeah if u flip the bottom water neck u gotta get that welded. THe line is inserted in there with a rubber gasket i believe. Not sure if jb weld would cut it, perhaps you can cut some threads and thread a barb fitting on there?

Ya, That was my other idea as I still have that tap for my oil drain fitting. I just hope its big enough.
