Help me remove M45 and install a turbo.
I'm wanting to remove my JRSC M45 and replace with a turbo on my NA6 1600. The car already has a Walbro GSS342 high flow fuel pump, injectors (although I might need bigger ones) and a Motec M4 Pro, so it shouldn't be too hard. I was thinking of using an AVO manifold with a T28 turbo. Don't know much about turbo's though. Wanting advice on the turbo, intercooler ect. Everything basically. I intend to keep the internals standard for the moment and was hoping to run about 12-15psi. I want something that spools up fast for quick street/track use. 1/4 mile times are of no interest. Hoping for say 200-220rwhp.
Cheers,
Cal.

I did the swap from JRSC M45 to Greddy kit 2 summers ago. I pulled the M45 out in maybe twenty minutes? Took me 3 days to finish up the Greddy install.
Good luck, turbo is much more fun.
