91 miata Greedy turbo, no FMIC, has BOV vented back to intake and CARB sticker. Thought I was OK, but everywhere I go they turn me away. Any shops in the SF bay area that might be good to take it? thanks Jason 650 504 0654 or PM me. Please help I just got a ticket for expired tags.

 

They turn you away so you want to post on a public forum and ask someone to risk a felony for you?

Have you failed smog? If so, the car is tagged, no one will ever take you.

 

Is the Greddy kit 100% complete as defined on the Carb EO document? If it is they should be able to run your vehicle. If it isn't acquire the missing pieces, install it per greddy's instructions and get your car legally smogged.

 

As described already his setup is not compliant since the "greedy" kit didn't come with a bov
