Lightbulb HKS Manifold and Dsm

Hi guys... my first post

Yes I realize this has been covered a billion times cause I've searched and searched. Been around this board for awhile now but never posted. Just got my 1st turbo today so probably will post from time to time from now on.

Anyways... you guys are saying that the HKS with the ebay/SSautoCrome adapter will make the DSM turbo way to high...

But wouldn't this one work???

http://www.bmcrace.com/product_info.php?products_id=157

thanks

If you are using a DSM turbo, defintly go with the 14b, not the t25 or 13b. Just my 0.02

BMC is top quality stuff. I've bought manifold/turbo adapters from them for my honda projects.

I dont know. It might be close. You might have to cut the hood supports.

Thanks guys for the help.

I guess it doesn't really matter anymore, cause I just realized that the turbo isn't a dsm (as was told to me by the seller). It a T3 garrett from a volvo, TB0363.

I guess I don't need to worry about flange (except having to machine my lip flat)

When I went to pick it up, i noticed it the turbo was weird. It said Garrett on the side and the flange(manifold) was square but also had a circle on top of it. Not what I have seen in other pics of DSM 14b/t25. When I got it home I noticed the exhaust outlet was also weird. A megan downpipe wouldn't work since the wastegate flap is attached to the removable flange(exhaust).

Anyways I am happy with the buy since I have more choices for manifolds now. And I can easily get piping welded to the exhaust flange.

Thanks for the help!
