Good point,I will upgrade my intercooler setup since the summer is slowly showing up here. I have seen some nice Volvo intercoolers at the yard, they are a decent size and doesn't look too complicated to route a piping. They sell it for 40$. But I am curious to build the water-meth setup and see how it is efficient and I prefer to put all the chances on my side if I raise the boost. Don't forget my fuel management (voodoo box) works great but is limited.
You think that an intercooler and bigger injectors would be enough to run 12psi safely?

Ok good I will sure have a look at eBay's coolers. I know I can have trouble with my idle if I intall bigger injectors because the voodoo box won't reduce the injection signal when not in positive pressure. This is what I like from the water meth kit, you put a pressure switch so you get more juice only when boosting.
Don't forget this project is an experiment so I'm having fun trying new stuff!

if I had an extra wideband sitting around id give it to you. Id hate to see all your hard/cheap work go to waste. You say what you want, but I know you'd be just a little sad if it blew up lol

I checked the wideband on sale yesterday and I will probably buy one with a friend of mine, this is probably not our last project so It will be good to have one always available.

as someone that has seen people like techsalvager and failflora im taking his claims with a grain of salt. At least he's still having fun, but there are few red flags that stand out to me.
