TD04 Manifold options?

TD04 Manifold options?
So I wrangled myself a free turbo (TD04L-13T) and TMIC off a Forester XT.
I was originally set on buying a BEGI kit and making things easy, but my lizard brain wants me to horde turbo parts in my garage for years in order to save $200.
I did some searching and my options for TD04 manifolds on a 1.8L seem to be:
ETD (used)
HKS
ARTech custom
Treadstone DIY
My goal is for this to be a low boost, really cheap, really responsive street setup. ETD appears to be out of business, and the HKS site is an engrish clusterfuck. Am I missing any other manifold options?

I just have to say that getting a free turbo that doesn't have a T2 / T3 flange, and then trying to build your turbo system around it is a big mistake. I'd highly suggest getting a turbo that uses a flange that can be used with commonly available turbo manifolds.
HKS turbo parts are also very hard to come by. Ever since they left North America it's near impossible.

The subaru upgrade turbos are either really big journal bearing turbos or super expensive (and still too big) ball bearing turbos.

I did find one. Midwest turbo will rebuild a td04 with the HL turbine wheel and the 19t, that turbo "should" be able to hit 300 but I've never heard of anyone running them subie or otherwise. Its a bit spendy for "just a td04" but cheaper than any other non-stock and non-crap upgraded subie turbo.

subaru diy setups are only worth it if you can weld/fabricate yourself.
if you cant, its a pain and you still end up with a mediocre-at-best setup.
with the prices of t25's the way they are, you're not saving any money going td04. just limiting yourself on off the shelf parts availability

Don't build a setup around a turbo. If you want to use that, stick around a bit and see if someone sells a used TD-04 setup. Otherwise sell the turbo and get a used T2 setup, which are much more plentiful. It will probably be cheaper than your free turbo (which will not be cheap unless you can weld).
