:( i need a littlee narrower than 24"
|
I relocated the ac tank (dryer/accumulator?) to where my charcoal canister was to make room for the 24" width of the EVO IC. That IC works f'in awesum.

i need same side outlets :( doing an over the rad setup.
Im waiting for CRXracing to get back to me about the center to center distance of the outlets. |
lazzer- did you move by bending the tubing OR did you do so fab work to the lines?
|
you might need to get the ic core only and weld up your own end tanks. or get one of the cheapy china coolers and modify the end tanks and outlets to suit.
+1 on the drier tubing question. I thought the drier was supposed to have acess to airflow, though. Every drier I can recall seeing has been at the front of the car, exposed to air. |

I've seen a/c fittings and tools for sale at a hotrod site (bookmarked somewhere). And considered it at the time- but bending and moving the stuff was quicker/easier and did what I needed. There are lots of OE applications with the dryer under the hood/in the engine bay. I think mazda stuck it in the mouth because it was available vertical space.
