GL man i would suggest starting with a -15/20% or so for you base on idle tunning. Getting it to run NA was no problem for me boost was what frustrated my efforts. But since you have a non return fuel system in the 99 it should be perfectly tuneable as the pressure doesnt ramp up and you also get to use the Variable tps very nice. Install is cramped but just as simple as they make it out to be. I hope you have a few extra electrical splice/but conectors the ones supplied arent the best in my opinion, GL.

99 has a fuel return line with a pre-99 style fuel pressure regulator (albeit in a different position). One line to the rail and one line back to the fuel tank. Remember it clear as day from when I installed my vishnu fuel rail.

i thought that the NB's all had returnless fuel system??? Ive only ever been around 10 or so and looked under the hood of 2 and driven one so i for sure but still the advice holds true. NA tunning no problem variable tps helps, and the rest migth just come out in the wash.

Well just did some reading and BEGI uses special fittings and adapters in order to utilize the fmu, and pretty sure it is a returnless system on 99's. Also, on that pic I think they used BEGIS fuel system which I believe makes it a return style fuel system... not sure tho.

yeah, i'd guess that they converted the returnless system to a return system.

afaik, all NBs are returnless from the factory
