Im going to be getting some exhaust work done this week , I picked up a mag turbo muffler to replace the fart-cannon I have , has anyone had expierience with this piece? since im going 2.5 for the exhaust this time around I figure Why not go more oem look and have 2.5 ince pipe run out to the back of the car, should make less noise and make less of a target for police, I was also thinking adding a resonator would help quite things down more, but what about flow charicteristics and such? would they be effected in a bad way?

The "turbo" mufflers arent actually designed for use with turbocharged vehicles. It's just the model name for that line of mufflers.

 

Just get a couple of resonator type mufflers, and use those. It will muffle it pretty well and will provide almost no back pressure for when you do finally turbo your car.
