I want to create an injection timing table for the car I'm tuning currently and want to try to match the cam specs. Anyone have the valve timing of the MSM intake cam?

example, I know my shitty 1.6L cam intake valve timing is 5°BTDC to 51°ATDC.

that's all I really need.

If you make the assumption that the 99-00 intake cam and MSM intake cam are installed at the same cam lobe centerline in their respective motors...

Both sets of cams have 257 degrees @ 0.010" lift... so it may be safe to use the 99-00 numbers on that solomiata page, at least as a starting point. I never ran across concise MSM intake cam specs in all my searching. I believe the 99-00 basemap from DIY sets the injection timing at -350.

Let us know if you find better specs!

 

I'm starting at the same point at 370° (= -350°). I'll just use my own injector timing table.
