RIP Ghettocharger!
Yes, the Ghettocharger manifold is DEAD. It cracked on the dyno last night during it's initial baseline runs to the point where it would not hold the flame in even at idle!!! 270 degree crack around the entire wastegate mounting point on the header side. Simply fell apart under load.
On the plus side, even belching flame from the wastegate tube, the ghettocharger did pull 296 RWHP @ 7000 RPM and 264 Ft/lbs @5100 RPM. Good news is that the turbo is fine.

3 weeks, and actually I paid $0 for it... Good thing, might have felt a little ripped off otherwise.
Looks like I might try the new BEGi Cast manifold to compare it with. Fix it once, fix it right. This was done as an experiment, so I am not completely upset by what happened. I would rather have the failure on the dyno where I could keep my car from catching on fire. The turbo itself is fine so far.
