Thumbs down in my frustration...

SO the oil fitting i ordered was SUPPOSE to be a -4an and what i get in the mail is a -6an, i also paid for 3 day shipping and it was recieved in 11 days. the replacement fan i bought from fleabay on the auction said 90-95, i open the box today 99-2005 , shipping was more than the part so i left negative feedback. i broke the fan housing because i was trying to get it off and was just too pissed off to work it off slowly.

i ordered a new fitting hopefully those noobs get it right this time.

and now i need to source the radiator fan shroud+fan COOLING not AC fan.plz help my nubness

if anyone can help me in my time of need. i was planning on having my turbo miata running by the end of the week but i guess its going to be longer than that

Just curious, why did you try to remove the fan and housing?

Let me know if you still are in need of a fan/shrouding or what not. I'm pretty sure I have one/several laying in my garage. Free if your local and pick it up.

check your inbox, I shipped it out today, there's a small piece of the shrouding that's broken off, probably just under a square inch or so, hopefully its not a big problem. I'm fairly certain it wasn't there when I took it off, musta been from my carport collapsing around it.

If anyone else is looking at this thread, I have the AC fan and stock radiator available to whomever wants it. (for a price you vultures)
