No, I didn't. Forgot to get their number and was working late today, just got home. I'll try tomorrow.

I'm using topline seals and gaskets. The machine shop will provide the correct sized bearings for me.

I called ETD, they are shipping it out on "thuirsday" <-the question remaining: which one. If they don't ship them out by may 22nd, i'm going to pick them up myself!

I got my gaskets on ebay, like 115 shipped.

I didn't get a chance to call them, let's hope it's this thirsday, I really need them

Are those all the seals you need? Don't you need any lower end seals/gaskets?

I only needed the head gaskets, I couldn't find a full set for a 99. You might want to try napa or something like that.

I just caught this and wanted to chime in. A 255 can overrun the factory FPR on a DSM. Especially on a 2G DSM. When you get overrun your fuel pressure won't rise on a linear rate with boost, this makes the car run shitty in open loop because the factory maps assume that it does. You need an aftermarket FPR that has an orifice that can handle the volume of a 255. It seems like the Miata guys have figured this out and they run the 190LPH, which should be good for 350+ hp.

I went with Wiseco because they have lower compression (8.6:1) than the JE (9.0:1).
Wiseco pistons are better for higher boost applications, bigger turbochargers - I'll be running a Precision SC-50s turbocharger, 3" ss exhaust, 3" ss dp, equal length runner exhaust manifold, MS-I v3, 780cc injectors, more info will be in my thread - I'll start it soon.

I got my rods today. They are the same ones that Belfab is selling.

Sweet, I called them this morning and they said that were shipped last friday, so hopefully I'll get them tomorrow or wednesday. But damn, I knew I should've bought those bel-fab ones, ohh well it's fine as long as I get mine and they work fine, I'm freaking sick and tired of waiting!

BTW I'm painting my vavle cover right now, don't know if I'll keep the color or not yet, I'll post pics in a little bit.

Small update, rods finally came today! Engine is already in the shop, now I have to wait for them to finish it up, might take a while too.

Right now deciding on what turbo/manifold to run, I'm choosing between begi tubular manifold + GT28rs, or ETD short tubular manifold + gt2871r either will be externally wastegated. I just can't make up my mind over this.

Also while I'm waiting for the engine I'll probably paint the car, I'll most likely go with just a fresh coat of white, I'll also paint the hood and hardtop.

I like the valve cover as long as that paint will hold up to the high temps of the engine bay.
