Interesting it's not a genuine unit. That graph isn't selling it to me.

I want that 2871 honestly, or efr for max power. Would love to see them tuned to same power level, then compare vs. price.

That is my FB post.

few notes:
Pulsar is this model PSR 5449A: https://www.pulsarturbo.com/product/...hp-rating-660/ which differs from the original Garret by having "Curved Point Milled Compressor Wheel". The dyno operator said that the new dyno had not been calibrated yet and shows too little (compared to the old dyno). That explains why at 2500rpm low revs the pulsar turbo shows less torque at higher boost pressure than the EFR

2871 Garrett peaked around 1.8bar but fell there to 1.5bar because small 0.64 turbine housing was choked

At 457whp the EFR7163 was too much for the "standard" ARP headbolts and OEM head gasket. Head lifted and destroyed whole engine + EFR turbo

Looks like there's new G25s on the way as part of the G Series II. It's not clear if these are replacements to the earlier ones, but the comparisons make it look so.

G25-585 II, potentially to replace G25-550
G25-730 II, potentially to replace G25-660

Debuted at PRI, not much information available about them other than this from Motive Video, this is where I found the compressor map.

Man, the previous version maps are way better for what I look for in a Miata turbo.

I wonder if they will be expanding the GBC Clubline stuff as well. The GBC22-350 looks interesting but I'm not sure about going to solely oil cooling.
