Just get some 2000* paint, I used it on my current manifold over a year ago and it's still good.

That is really good to know.

I was shocked at how much better everything looked after getting paint. Really makes a difference.

I wanted to post up 2 more of the downpipe after pulling the masking off the flex joint. It sat on my floor for an evening and everytime anyone walked by it they were sure to make a positive comment. Looks a lot better in person surprisingly.

Water lines were cake, all i had to do was shorten one. I'm still working on fixing the drain line. Other than having to get the head flange shaved everything went in perfectly.

Oil feed is going to get cooked if you keep it there. Unless you don't drive the car, in which case you're fine.

Damn sorry about the paint. It was an afterthought anyway. Needs 2k* paint instead of 1200*.

YeboGoGo 04-01-2010 07:23 AM

No need to support the manifold?

Just looking at it and I notice theres a good amount of weight and torque quite far from the engine.

Just an observation :(
