To run these on say an aem or other EMS, what information do you need to know about these to set them up? (i.e. frequency they can run at, or something similar)

Sorry for the newbish post... im sure there are a few others wondering too. but aesthetically the ones on the props website look similar to the AEM solinoid.

Same as the GM solenoid.

I run mine at 31Khz

The one I posted has a linear range of ~10 to ~80% duty, and works well at 20~25 Hz.
I have linearity graphs of it.

are there advantages to solinoids that have different response rates?
31,000hz to 20-25hz is a very large range.

I need to research this more.
This is just the amount of times the solinoid can open and close compared directly to time.

I've been running the valve I linked at 25Hz for four years.

that was a typo by raf - he meant 31 Hz not kHz.
