Default Be A Pal and Help Identify This Turbo Flange

Im drawing blanks on what flange this is. The hotside is stamped Mitsubishi, but I cant seem to find any OEM Mitsu turbo that uses it. They have a similar 3 bolt but its an obscure triangle pattern. I had always assumed it was a greddy, but after emailing them pictures, they wont claim it. The cold side has an ebay looking plate on it which only identifies it as td05-16g, but I guess it could have been replaced at one point if it were actually a Name brand piece.

The only other thing I can think of is someone at somepoint took the hot side and an ebay CHRA and made a POS hybrid of some sort.

If anyone has an idea of what turbo this really is, and where I could source a replacement, that would be fantastic. If I ever get froggy and decide to dump more money into the car, ill just get a real manifold and standard flanged turbo, but for now im looking for a bandaid.

If not then I suppose ill bust out the calipers and measure the hotside wheel and find a CHRA that would fit properly.

Thanks

A picture of the housing. Search comes up with no results. First portion of it checks good, but nothing on the searchable internet regarding the last digits.

Looks like a churbo.

Maybe not this exact one.
Kinugawa Turbocharger TD05H 16G 3 Bolt Flange RB26DET 300ZX Turbo KIT Greddys | eBay

td05 16g ebay.

I'm also showing that a few 18g's had 3 bolt flange.

Interesting. Is it common for the Churbos to come stamped with Mitsu/ name brand logos? I guess the chance of this once being a Greddy and replaced with the China Charger is high.
