we have a forum sponser Deatschwerks who does injector cleaning for $20 a piece. You can go to their website and when you order indicate that you would like the miataturbo.net upgrade and they will give you the "dynamic" cleaning for the price of "basic".
Or you can go to witchhunter and they charge $18 a piece
There is two better options already

Huh, if they test all the coils and the rest, that's pretty awesome. I just had the TL apart, I should have sent those! Plus, since they were nasty, I just sprayed them out with an air hose. :-P Still, got the visible stuff out.
A word of warning. If you're going to take an early fuel injected suzuki, remove the airbox, stare down the throttle bodies at the vavles, then blip the throttle EXTRA hard to see if the secondary injectors come online.... Expect a large fast fireball to hit you in the face and muff your hair at least 1 pull in 3.

The price for a basic service is now $19 per injector much to my dismay. It was $16 per injector you guys were right, the prices went up about 2 weeks ago.
Our Forum Special is Everything the Dynamic service covers except for the preflow, for the price of a Basic service.
After we recieve the injectors there is usually a 1-2 day turnaround time.
You will get a Service Report with all the info done on the service including Voltage and Resistance, Flow Rates, etc.
It will look something like this, this is a demo of our Flow report when you purchase one of our products, but you get the idea

On a dynamic service, We preflow the injectors before they are cleaned. Most of the time when i have to do a dynamic, its because something is causing a problem in the car and the customer doesnt know what it is. The preflow can sometimes tell what the problem was, like say a stuck injector or a bad injector, or one that just needs to be cleaned and has a lower flowrate.

I have only seen that happen a few times, but it can definatly happen. Each type of injector shows a particular behavior when they are coil tested. Like most nissan side feed injectors have a resistance between 10.9 and 11.5 ohms, any injector that doesnt fall within that, i coil test several more times to make sure the voltage is good and its not a bad coil.
No matter how good it flows, if the coil is bad, the injector isnt going to last much longer.

An injector which works fine in a steady state (hold it open for 30 seconds and get 250 cc's out of it) might open slow, or not open against high pressure, or even close funky. This means really hard to tune for idle. Say cyls 1-3 all open in 1 ms, and cyl 4 opens shaky, randomly, from 2ms - 4. That means that idle will be hard to tune. And around town cruise will also be weird, with your AFR's reading high even those most cylinders are getting what they are supposed to, etc.
It's similar to the opposite of what low-ohm injectors get you - instead of more predictable, faster opening, it's the opposite.
Mind you this is all off-the-cuff theory out my butt, but it sounds good, no?
