Im not up to scratch with injector knowledge but it seems these are similar fitment to the miata in that they are high imp, top feed, and oval connected. Does anyone know if they will just drop in?

Everyone is always after the RX7 460cc because it's widely known the 2010 (460cc)/2020(550cc) are direct fit but surely there are more injectors out there on high powered Jap cars that we can all scavenge from? Mitsubishi do some that seem to also be direct fit.

I can get a set of the above mentioned WRX injectors all reconditioned and delivered for £85 so it's seems a no-brainer - if they fit.

Anyone know for sure?

 

When I stopped up at witchhunter performance to get my injectors cleaned I took a look at some subie top-feed injectors. IIRC the injector body is too short and would require machining the fuel rail (or shorter spacers and bolts) to fit. I'm going to be up there again soon so if nobody can confirm, I'll do a comparison.
