Exclamation Synapse Turbo Manifold

So as a few of you may have seen I have Artech manifold for sale due to my turbo not fitting with the addition of a v-band adapter. I decided to just get a new manifold instead of hacking that one up and possibily cracking later on. I made a few calls/emails to various shops and vendors(including Tim and Abe) but my final decision went to Synape Turbo based out of NY. I wanted the ramhorn low mount and after seeing some of their work I had no choice.....beautiful stuff. They send me a few shots of the finished product this morning and I can honestly say I could not have asked for more. It's stainless tubing with a mild flange. I will get additional shots once it comes in. If any of you guys are in need of a serious manifold please contact these guys. They gave me a great price and Morgan has great response time on emails.

For your viewing pleasure......

Looks good.

You didn't answer the most important question: how much.

If you look at their site, it's competitively priced with their other manifolds but I paid a little more due to it being a one off and for shipping. I'd rather not advertise pricing due to I'm not sure if they'd like any larger margins outside what I paid. I would think that they would be able to make another for less than what I paid due to now having a jig.

$750<manifold<$1000

If pricing is closer to 750 then its competitive with tims and abes pricing so that's pretty good

.....FYI. I wanted stainless, Abe told me he did not want to do stainless(doesn't feel it is as durable as mild) but would upon request with a more limited warranty and would be approacing $1000 if not more. Tim told me he's not taking any further orders. I feel this is as good if not better quality than both and possibily cheaper as well.

Overall the manifold looks amazing. The only thing you might want to look into is some or of crane/brace for the manifold/turbo. I know on my bottom mount ram horn Tim felt that it would be a good precaution.

Makes sense.
The more options the better.

Did I mention it has a lifetime warranty if not ceramic coated/heat wrapped?

Very pretty almost equal length manifold but yeah...kinda sad there's a 2bolt wastegate on there. If you took what you could get for selling your old wastegate, an MVS isn't that much. Plus what you will pay in more fab time to get the wastegate dump made. You can see that it would have been easier to make the dump if that flange was rotated slightly, so the dump already points towards the hole it needs to go down in. Now there needs to be a few tight bends/kinks in the dump right after the flange...and there's no wiggle room with bolted flanges on either end.

But I'm real good at spending other people's money.

EDIT: actually relooking at the photo, the upper portion of the dump should be easy the way you have it, but still.

I'm not really concerned with the WG as I dont plan on running 5 psi.....lol but I'm thinking of chopping off the 2 bolt for a mvs simply for better fitment. have to test out the 38 first, if it fits ok, it will be used.. Turbo is a gtx 3071

Looks great, man! What's the a/r of the turbine? Also, why so adamant on having a stainless manifold?
