The time has come....
He's driving up to borrow my drill bit and tap and I gave him the number to a local hydraulics shop that stocks Aeroquip parts and other odds and ends, so hopefully he'll have some luck.
I got the oil feed all fanaggled up. It's all in npt :( but I made it fit. I'm still goig to order that fitting so that I can have something proper, but this will work for now. My car HAS to be finished tomorrow, so there is no other option. I have come to realize that no matter how big of a city you live in it is quite impossible to find a fitting with bsp and npt(or any other threading) together on the same fitting. It is almost as hard to just find anything bsp. I even went to some repair shops that specialize in british roadsters and they did have any bsp fittings in stock....
