I've always been fascinated by sleeper cars and was thinking about putting a turbo in my 2011 Toyota Camry. It is however a 4 cylinder automatic transmission. Would this even be possible？

*As thirdgen noted below, you'll be rewelding your intake manifold a lot...

A camry with an automatic trans can't be turbo'd because they are notorious for having the welds on the intake fail.
They are, however, perfect candidates for nitrous oxide.

I would swap in the 2GR. It makes over 300hp in the lexus models, probably just cams and tuning. Guys are putting them into MR2s nowadays because its such reliable power
