Default Try to keep the pressure on

I have 1.6 1990 with greedy set up

440 inj
emb
td04h-19t
o2clamp `
rx7 maf
fmic
low compression pistons
2.5 exhaust
mbc

went to the dyno yesterday and tried to push it to 15 psi but i had problem, the boost goes right to 15 and then drop to 11 psi.
I had to turn the screw to 18 psi to get 14 at the end....

Can somebody tell me what wrong i'm sure it's not normal.

Thanks

I actually have one do you think it may be not strong enough because it seems very tight with my hand?

you should simply replace the wastegate at this point, you're asking too much out of a 5psi wastegate.

Speedster, did you seriosly bump this thread after and hour? Man, it's the middle of the day, and that kind of **** makes you look like douche. I wouldn't even consider bumping my own thread for a response until at least 24hrs.

Wategate actuators can be had thousands of places. Ebay for cheap-chinese knockoff stuff, or you can go for a quality piece... ATPTurbo comes to mind:

I'm extremely happy with my 15 psi Begi actuator. Holds 16 psi all the way to red line.
