Did you ever figure this out, I need the exact same answer I have a jdm 98 NB with the stock 1.6 imported in North America and REALLY want to turbo it but have no idea what ECU to use. getting worried I will have to sell it just because of this.

Hit up Reverant. 1.6 NB/NB2 are common in EU.
