I bought a Nissan T25 that was rebuilt and never put on an engine. The person who sold it to me had I some reputable shop in Ohio do it but didnt tell me the name. The turbo is in supreme shape I must say, but the seller advised that I should have it balanced prior to installing it.

Is it necessary to do this? I read all these rebuilt threads, and no one mentions balancing.
