Buy an ebay turbo kit. They're a bargain at any price. The quality is phenomenal. But beware they don't come with any type of engine management. Talk to Tom at FastForwardsuperchargers for your engine management solution. He carries a fuel, timing, and intercooler setup for miatas. Just tell him you need three PC Pro's and tell him miataturbo.net sent ya.

Why do I feel my IQ going down every time I his posts. I don't believe in the whole 'type like you talk' thing on message boards anyway. If what I type is going to be out there on the internet "forever" I want to sound as intelligent as I can. I'm a noob here too, but I don't think I really asked much of any how-to questions for the most part and had my DIY setup built and installed within 5 weeks. Reading stickies does wonders.
