94 block, 99 head, coolant reroute, efr 6758, stock oil cooler

I got rid of my heater core and welded an fittings in place of the heater core line, I am planning on putting the efr between those two fittings (low feed on the turbo coming from the inlet and high outlet coming from the turbo going to the back of the engine.

I am using the coolant outlet on the back of the head ( the small barb on the passenger side) to feed the oil cooler and having it return to the port on the drivers side of the block above the oil feed port.

The input I am lookin for is: should I swap them around and if so whats going to be the best configuration. Thanks!
