Uh I've been to most of the east coast and I have to say.. the worst roads are DC itself. Mostly because they have unmarked construction zones with potholes that you could lose a small child in. Then again, PA is pretty much the same way since PennDOT does road construction projects that last like 40 years.

 

I agree. Detroit is pretty bad. Around here in Virginia Beach is not that bad. It could be better.
