So when can we expect to see a working modle or do you guys need someone to beta test it. Im game. New motor big turbo no egine managment lots of fun xede would be perfect. No hassle install i got 460's already. I could get 550's but heck 460's-550's if it can handle 1 it can handle the other right.

We are testing the Xede on another 1.6L car this week for more maps. The 1.6L Xede (when used with the AFM) will work best w/ 440 cc or 460cc (rx-7) injectors. Those will be good the 230-140 rwhp safely.

awsome i alraedy have some 460's so whenever you guys get it sorted, i will be harping for one esp if it costs the same or less than the existing units. Why cant i buy a normal 1.8 one from you guys and use it on my 1.6?

The unit itself is the same. The wire harness is different. We can make it PNP or you can hard wire it for cost savings. The 460 cc map will require some adjustment on your part. Mainly to remove fuel across the whole table. However, since they were once stock injectors, they scale down better at idle.

Got my first PNP harness last week! So anytime. If I can tune an Xede, anyone can. And I really am serious.

A wideband or OBD scanner device w/ live data will be necessary to do tuning your self. Tuning Software is on my website. Download X map and play with it some.

The xede is pretty nice for its price point. If I didn't get the second hand EMU, I'd have gone with the xede.

So the main advantage of the xede over the MS is easier tuning. Other than it comes with a better base map, why doesn't it need to be tuned? What can my MS do that the xede can't? (Assuming the xede can now accept a wideband signal). (I am asking because I am nervous about tuning with the ms!)
