Going to be redoing my VVT head which is the last part of the engine build. Question is I am considering doing +1mm valves. Would this interfere with 8:6:1 Supertechs with .040 head gasket? Block was not shaved.

 

I've tried googling the same information and asked many a time - from what I can see with stock cams the VVT, +1 and Supertech does work (there's a couple of cars out there running it), but I'm yet to have anyone directly confirm/deny.

 

The person who sold you your pistons and valves should know the answer to that question.
