Default Wastegate flapper / flange contact

So after years (2?) of having part A (turbo) and part B (Artech DP) it took me a driving said parts to the ceramic coater to realize I have a bit of an interference issue. To be clear: THIS IS NOT a reflection of Artech/Abe's quality of work since this is not the original Greddy turbo - the original had a broken ear and I managed to find an NOS leftover from a 3000gt kit with same bolt pattern but a larger flapper arm and a watercooled cartridge.

Anyway, since the flapper arm is a bit longer I'm getting contact at roughly 80-85% full sweep. I do not think this will cause any noticeable flow/creep issues. However, I am concerned about the longevity of the assembly with the flapper bottoming out on the DP flange.

So this leads to the question: Do I...

A, Say **** it and bolt it up as is
B, Create some sort of stop on wastegate stroke

if its not affecting boost control then it probably doesn't matter. when you say 80-85 sweep you mean out of 90 degrees? I'm pretty sure it never opens that much

For realz.

I'm concerned with long term fatigue/cracking. I'm tempted to just run it since the contact occurs pretty close to the end of the actuator stroke.

Should have gone EWG the moment the first turbo casting cracked

Its not really hitting with very much force there. I wouldnt be too concerned about it.
