Default Welp, stripped exhaust housing bolt

No amount of torching or pb blaster could have prevented this, spent all day trying to get it out. It's rounded anywhere I can get a wrench on it. Just wondering what my options are.. thanks

Yep, thin out a box end. Then heat the turbine housing a couple hundred degrees.

The bolt is already too rounded for a wrench tool fit, vice grips also just rounding it more. Looks like chop and pray the rest can be extracted after

An air hammer/chisel is another option.

Use a sharp chisel and a hammer to knock it lefty loosey. You will have to start a mil or two in from one of the points of the bolt head to make a good purchase. You are basically making a very slow impact gun. if that doesn't work, cut the head off with a die grinder, split the halves, weld a nut on the stud and extract it like a regular bolt.
