Default What to do with '99 head?

So I'm getting that '99 head and I need to know what kind of work to get done on it. What else should I do to my '96 engine while I'm taking head off? What parts to buy (and where) for head rebuild?

fwiw, im making peak boost (15psi) at 300rpm sooner, with a diy port job only.

edit: 12psi 500rpm sooner, based on logs.

you will need to retain the 99 fuel rail, but you have to put the 96 FPR/return on it because the 99 does not have a return, it will be a little tricky to route your feed and return you may need to alter the lines slightly, other than that i cant think of anything else you will need to swap from the 96 head to the 99

but try to get more input anyways, im no expert, i did it only once
