The price,...............well about the purchase price I bought the car to re-sell it and make a good bit of profit, I maxed out my credit card to buy this thing and need to fix minor things here and there and Aboslutely need refreshed and re-tuned by someone who will take pride in the car and there tuning work.

So if I disclose the price here on this forum, selling for profit will be next to impossible...................................

People interested in owning this Miata DO NOT low ball me if I tell ya'all what I paid for it. I know how stupid I must be for disclosing this here.

Tax/Title/Doc. fee's included out the door I paid $4,000.00 for the car.

And with that I just lost all my profitability

You didn't really lose all profitability. Because it's not like someone else can just go buy it, since you already did.

You got a steal of a deal, nice work man. Get it tuned up and re-sell it. You did the work and made the trip, you earned some profit.

$4K is what I'd except to pay for that. It's a good deal BUT you shouldnt have any trouble finding someone that will pay more.

could someone please link Ken Hill of Oracle Tuning to this forum/thread. I have tried to do it myself and can't locate if he's a member here. I'm within driving distance of his house in PA. so that's where I'll be taking the car when she is ready

I will give you $3500 cash.

You could easily make money on that car. Much shittier cars sell for more than that.

You'd make way more money if you parted it out. You'd struggle to get much more than $5k out of it selling as a whole, i think.

You'll always make way more money if parted out, but I think he could get close to or over $6k with a proper tune and such.

So after he fixes the issues and pays for a tune, he sells for $6k or close to it.

Makes a few hundo, which pays for the trip. Yay!

lolyup. Driving a long distance to re-sell a car is not a fantastic plan unless you're going to part.
