how so? I know a few with them on s2k racecars and they work flawlessly.

I'm just saying there nothing wrong the the two cast manifold options for a street car. I would like the absurdflow manifold myself if I was looking for one of the better flowing manifolds for the money however.

reason for the turbo position is to eliminate IC pipe on that side, downpipe is fine, the engine doesnt care how long my downpipe is, and there many products and methods to combat heat, as for the price, that mani ran about $1000, that whole setup is custom built, i had to bring my car to there shop. they did the mani, downpipe, exhaust, and intercooler mods. i dont have collector pics, but it is very nice, comes to a point on the inside like it should

Tim...going to change the v-band design any? I like the location of the Synapse manifold better (dear god intercooler pipes will be easier and I won't have to change my water inlet neck), but at this point you could give me a hunk of shit with v-bands on it, and as long as it stays together, I don't care.

I don't think it's as good as mine (biased!), and I already started on yours.

Definitely a good intercooler idea too.
