Default wont idle part2

i bought another AFM which allegedly works (in wont idle part 1 it was decided that my old AFM was f-ed up, so i bought one from a member who says it worked when he took it off), car still wont idle. with new (used) AFM it will start and wont idle. the throttle has to be reved to keep it running, it dies under constant applied throttle (ie. you cant hold the throttle in one place and keep it running). i disconneted the the AFM and jumped GRN and F/P and it idled fine, same with GRN and TEN. i also replaced the plugs and gas today. im begining to think its a fuel delivery problem.

any thoughts?

You said it idles fine with the AFM removed but won't run with the AFM installed? Wouldn't that mean your AFM is bad? Get a new one or leave your fuel pump jumpered.

What are the chances that two AFM's have gone bad? I'd look at the wiring harness to make sure there isn't a broken wire or something. You need to swap your AFM onto someone's car that is running.

heres the thing; the car ran 6-8 months ago just fine (the aerodyne turbo that was on it then froze) the car has been sitting for a bit while i swaped the turbo for a t25. i cant figure it out.

EUREKA! tell me if this sounds plausable... the only other thing that i have changed from the original setup is that i put an "intimidato" breather filter thing on the valve vent that was connected between the afm and turbo. gona have a bung welded in to the pipe between the turbo and afm to connect it to the valve cover. hopefully this is it.
