Well, Had her tuned yesterday on the MD... 194 whp...but had some serious spark blow out at 6100 rpm and up. originally thought to be possible knocking (hard to hear, very loud in the shop)

Regapped the plugs to 28..helped a little but not much...Tuner said that if I fixed that spark problem he can get a little bit more power from 5000 to redline.

 

Try gapping new plugs to .020" until you can get COPs. I run .020" all the time.

 

Will give that a try tonight..see what happens tomorrow...
