1.6L @7psi, 215 hp & 203 tq
I recently had my 92 1.6L (refreshed, but stock internals) tuned and dyno'd. My base tune was extremely rich, pulled nearly 5% from each bin from the VE table. Anyways,

Well, I managed 155hp/148tq on pretty much the exact same setup but with ms1, a cat, and a 3" dp, and 12psi.
So to say I'm impressed is an understatement. Skeptical would be more accurate.

I got 225 on my 1.8 with a fairly aggressive tune, 2.5" dp, 3" exhaust, 550cc inj, ms1, 12PSI on a fairly fresh t25. (5th gear on 6spd (1:1)) stock rear end ratio. dynojet I think.

It also seemed high to me. I was kind of expecting 150ish/150ish, but it pulls and drives great. They were 4th gear pulls, newly built T25, fresh injectors, valve job, 2.5" plumbing, Dynocom dyno.

Not doubting you have a solid tune or that it drives well....but c'mon, 7 psi is like adding 50% more air. There's no way that 50% more air == 115% power increase. Don't think we need to go any further than that.

On my Begi setup at 14psi with a 2554 I made 225hp on a dynojet. I am calling BS on your numbers. There is no way that you are making over 200hp with 7psi with a 1.6l.
Even with the best tune possible that turbo is not capable of providing the airflow needed to generate that power at that psi level. That turbo at 12-14 psi could produce those numbers.

Well it is a Dynocom. I don't have much knowledge about the different types of dynamometer, but from a quick google search, Dynocom seems the most exaggerated of all the dyno's. What numbers do you guys think I should be putting down?
Depending on your tune you could make from 140 to 160 whp. Try to locate a shop with a Mustang/Dynojet meter and post again
1.6L * 72ft.lbs * 1.48bar = 170wtq, and on a 2.25" exhaust, 72ft.lbs/atmo/L is a big stretch.
Dyno reads ~18% high, assuming it reads consistently (a pretty big assumption for a Dynocom unit).

Fluffy, please tell us the location of this dyno you used, and the name of the operator.
People have been boosting Miatas for over 2 decades now, and I find it impossible that a legit dyno operator would let you leave his shop believing you made that much power.
The journal bearing T25's are good for about 10whp per psi with a good manifold, big exhaust, and proper tune. In absolutely no way can they flow enough to make the 18whp per psi that your dyno sheet indicates.

wow thats good i just had my car tuned and on the dyno its a stock 1.6 flying miata kit with the gt2560r at 10psi i made 190hp and 163tq hmmm i find these numbers very hard to believe. it was on a dynojet. using 1000cc injectors with e85
