I have an old dyno laying around somewhere on here.
That engine exploded on track after a while.

This is the new one. horsepower @ wheels.

E85 (running flex fuel, 226whp on European 95 gasoline)
DW300 fuel pump, DWr1000 fuel regulator, fuel system rebuild to vac reference.
JE 9:1 pistons and manley rods.
All rotating parts balanced.
bp4w head, refurbished, volvo valve springs and bp5a intake cam. VICS manifold. Skunk2 throttle body.
ID1050x
MS3 basic
BEGI cast manifold coated.
Home built and coated 3" downpipe with ewg pipe back in downstream.
Full 3" exhaust with big silencer and metal cat.
Garrett gtx2863, custom re welded exhaust housing a/r .64 with ewg and v-band dp.
Inconel 10mm studs and stage 8 for the manifold-turbo flange.
Probably too small FMIC when it gets really hot, working fine now.

Coolers, catch cans and such to make it work.

great setup!

>100whp just out of E85 is insane.

Is there higher octane than 95 available in Sweden other than E85?

Yes, there is 98 and 99 avaliable. Now, the +100whp is not only due to the fuel. the 95 map is very conservative. Its not my power fuel, its for transports and well, nordschleife, I don't want 300whp+ on the schleife, I'd die
The 95 map is with 170kpa (wastegate pressure), it felt wrong to try to make all of it on 95 when I have E85 in at least 1/3 of all gas stations, so just put it in a fun place. Now I have the choice between quick (95) and fast (E85)

Looks like pretty similar hardware to mine, along with pretty similar results. One difference is that yours is giving a much more progressive boost-vs-RPM spool curve -- I'm guessing that's probably because of the dyno type, load-holding vs inertial.

I've been eyeing your build since I got the turbo. So you're a bit of an inspiration for this.

Edit: I also think that your larger a/r and higher boost might be responsible for the gains you have 5k and up. You do reach 300hp a bit earlier than me
