Soviet Era Car, Space Age Turbo. EFR 6758
I was going to drive over and meet up to this...but my 220rwhp is so slow i count make it. I went into reverse and cried.
I need to see what one of those turbos could do on a 1.6L...that's just crazy impressive.

Soviet is busy having victory secx with his harem so i will answer quesions in hus stead.
If you only make 550whp at that psi then there is zero hope for me to break 600 with my s366 at the same psi. *****.
Yah. So.
Details on the three runs:
Run 1: Wastegate, 17psi
Run 2: 23psi
Run 3: 26psi, plus 2* timing
I think the car can hit 450hp on e85 and 10psi more
. The little power taper up top could probably be flattened up with more timing in the last two columns.
Was somehow expecting a little more. Got 420whp on the GT3076 car, with the ignition retarded 5 degrees due to no water in the WI system and me not noticing on the final pulls. 5 degrees is like 40-50whp on this setup. Ok, that was at 29psi though.
So, in another news, IN SOVIET RUSSIA, BOOST TURNS UP YOU!

Car rapes face, turbine wheel didn't explode. Autocrossed at 300whp (wastegate pressure) Autocross is pointless in this car right now because it just spins wheels. Its a hoot but wears out tires quickly. So I'm going to stop autox. Problem solved.
6 speed, 3.9 gears, 5th gear on dyno.
And here's what everyone really cares about.

However, I don't think that chart fully represents EFR6258. Simply because back then I had very simplistic boost control (open-loop EBC with boost duty table that just had same duty % everywhere).
So here's an example of EFR6258 with my simplistic boost control vs EFR6758 on just wastegate - 17-18psi vs like 17psi peak on wastegate. 6258 clearly wins in spool.

And finally, closed-loop EBC vs wastegate on EFR6758. This clearly shows how superior closed-loop EBC is and why you'd be stupid to not run it.

24.5 vs 17psi, identical timing map on both runs.

Awesome numbers, congrats.
Fae said "stock crappy 1.8 head" is that a NA head? 99-00? 01+? I guess I need to go study your build thread, I want my car to be just like yours when it grows up.

VVT head, porting and a turbo intake if he doesn't already have one. That spool is pretty badass though, not going to lie. If I only had 5k to throw down on my car...
