Reason why I don't spin in first, I only make 8-9 pounds of boost in first on R compounds. Why my transmission has lasted so long? Well maybe because of my boost curve, and such. I have no reason to lie, I don't see why I would or how I could. By calling my numbers BS is calling a shop that has been in business for over 15 years has several world records, you're call them out also. Now, I dare you to take a trip over to supraforums.com and tell them that Sound Performance is boosting in correct numbers because I assure you that you will get pwnd. I know a few members on this board who have seen my car in person and have seen it run.
I have 8.5:1 Wisecos but my head is shaved a bit, using a Cosmetic head gasket.
EDIT: Just for you guys, Im going to run my car on a DJ this week with a video so you guys can stfu. <3

While I agree you should not "waste money on these *******", I think it will be money well spent to prove all the naysayers wrong or right. Otherwise, what if this soopra shop is fudging numbers? If that is the case they should be called out.
Win/win situation. Should not cost more that $75 for a few dyno pulls.

That is great and all, but I still think OP needs to go to a dragstrip and make a few passes. Even if he rolls out and gets a lousy ET (in attempts to save the transmission), the mph at the trap will determine if the horsepower rating is bogus or not.
Back that up at a trip to another dyno shop, and.....you will be saved by the truth.

Okay, so today I had a tuning appointment at Sound Performance, most known for their 1000 + whp Supras. I cannot be more pleased, the car runs so smoothly it is a night and day difference from my last tune. This chart isn't the last run we ran her to 7,500 and made about 15 more hp, but I forgot it at the shop, but will pick it up Monday. Needless to say, the car made 425 whp 310 wtq @ 18 psi. Next year I am going PRO EFI ECU with a flex fuel sensor and E85, the tuner said I should have no problem making close to 600 whp. This would have to be some sort of B6 record? Needless to say the car makes me Enjoy, btw this is on a Mustang dyno...should make close to 470 whp on a Dynojet or similar. EDIT: this was only at 17 degrees of timing, very conservative.
410 BHP is almost 370 WHP at miata.
Where is the 425WHP?
(425WHP is almost 470 engine power at a miata)

Just for the record.
We all (me, BIGTURBO and platinum) have seen CEO's car in person. There is not one single bolt that wasn't changed. Personally, I doubt the 805hp number, but for the sake of argument, let's suppose that it is in fact, 805hp.
It's a 2.0L stroker, not a 1.6L (or 1.7L). It revved up to 9000rpm. Had he revved up to only 6800rpm, the stock rev limit, according to his dyno, he would have made about 620hp at that RPM. 620hp from a 2.0L running 30psi is a very realistic number.
Btw that was on VP Q16 fuel, not some 93 octane pump gas fuel.
Your 5-speed tranny holding up 425whp when people destroy them at 260whp doesn't help us believe either.
Just saying.

Im not your son, but since we are talking about awesome 1.6 builds I would not consider this craping. I was the first to build a Holset set up on a 1.6 car, maybe any miata. Ill be in your thread.
