Maybe another Boomslang or EMU Problem.

Friend of mine with 95 1.8 turbo, boomslang and EMU
discoverd that the cooling fan starts when
key is turned to start. Car is starting not fine,
can be fuel or ignition.

We remember a threath here with something similar.
Was it a boomslang problem?
Any ideas?

This is my car, we found the problem:
When starting the car the battery voltage went down while the relais was open and the fan started.
