I have not posted for a bit, so pardon if this thread is redundant.
I have 6758 EFR turbo built race 1.6 BP that is running 24lb of boost producing around 320whp on E85.
I live the setup, however I am thinking of adding drive by wire system so I could add rev matching blip for downshifts and maybe traction control.
Has anyone figured out a throttle body that will bolt onto 1.6 manifold and is a drive by wire capable. It also needs to be able to sustain 7.5k constant rpm vibration of the BP motor. I had to epoxy my current throttle body screws so it does not destroy itself.
Thanks,
L.g.

As far as I know, all the adapters are weld on, so plan on doing that. They’re also all 1.8, but I’m sure if you look around you can find one.

Thank you so much, that is exactly what I needed since they do all the work to adopt.
How is the Bosch throttle body? Does it have any issues with handling the vibration at high rpm?

I’ve burnt out one Bosch throttle body already, but this is with a K24 that revs to 8000 and has no balance shafts. YMMV.
This season I added a Winning Formula adapter/isolator, which should increase the life of these things.
The question I have for you is if you’re sure that your ECU supports rev matching like this, particularly with your gearbox. I also believe that it requires some tuning to get right. So … have you considered these factors?

I am using Megasquart which requires an outside controller for DBW. The set up is getting a. Bit complicated so I may just rewire the whole car I. The winter with AIm PDM 32 and wire throttle controller via can bus.
Turtle blipping is supported through launch control option on Megasquart and initiated when both brake and clutch are pressed.
I am still considering all the options and may switch to a different ECU.
The car will need to be tuned again if I do a complete switch. I am probably more comfortable checking the time on the dyno either way to make sure its running core tly if I do all this work.
This is going to be a winter project along with switching to box mount Tilton floor pedals and deleting. Brake booster.

Bosch is an industry standard for many manufactures. Guaranteed if you have issues with a genuine Bosch throttle body, its either an extreme outlier or issue with your installation.
If you're going through the trouble to re-wire with a PDM32, I would switch to a different ECU that inherently supports DBW. My preference is Link, and although the Link pnp for 90-93 isn't pinned out for it, you can send it in as far as I know, to have the correct I/O's soldered to the board. Alternatively, since you're rewiring the entire car, choose a wire-in unit with DBW capabilities.

The hole idea of doing this type of wiring, it's not going depend on the CPU. The CPU connects via can bus
